The soft fruit cages, orchard, rows of herbs and year round vegetables are grown with strict attention to natural, organic principles and companion planting.

Everything is recycled to make compost and leaf mould and we rot down the horse manure from our paddocks. Therefore the soil retains its rich organic integrity creating nutrient dense produce.
